For decoration, every greenhouse should have at least one hanging plant a lantana, a tuberous begonia, or a trailing geranium in luxuriant growth. A galvanized-wire or plastic basket suspended on a wire or chain can be used to display one plant or, filled with sphagnum moss, it can hold several plants of one kind, as tuberous begonias; or different kinds in an attractive combination, as fuchsias with tradescantia and ivy. If you prefer soil to sphagnum, liners of pressed fibers should be used inside the basket frame to contain the soil.
