Richly scented single or double waxy white flowers are easily cultivated under glass. Staggered plantings of tender tubers from January to May will furnish blossoms until late summer.
A mix of 2 parts garden loam, 1 part peatmoss or leafmold, and 1 part sand should keep them growing well if given plenty of water after growth is evident. They like full sun.
Carrying over to another season is not always satisfactory; you may prefer to buy new bulbs each year.
