You will probably find, after gardening in your greenhouse for six months to a year, that begonias impress you as being among the most reliable and colorful plants you have.

Careful selection from among the thousands of kinds available will keep you in flowers all year, in every color except blue. Hybrids exist varying in size from miniature terrarium sized plants to behemoths stretching up to over six feet tall.

From the standpoint of culture, it is best to handle begonias according to their root or stem structure, rather than by foliage and flower forms.
